The expansion will include more than 350,000 titles in over 120 languages, including new catalogs in Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, and more.
Owen Smith, VP of Audiobooks at Spotify, said that bringing audiobooks to more markets will allow millions of people to discover new books and authors.
Spotify is also introducing two new features: Page Match, which allows users to switch between print, e-book, and audio formats, and Audiobooks+, which lets users purchase extra audiobook listening time.
Page Match will be available in over 30 languages and will allow users to find their place in a book using page numbers.
Audiobooks+ will be available to users on a Student plan in Ireland, Belgium, Austria, and Finland, starting in November.
Spotify first introduced audiobooks to its Premium service three years ago, with the goal of building a better home for book lovers, authors, and publishers.
