14,700 Cars Exported from Georgia to Kyrgyzstan in 8 Months

According to the National Statistics Service of Georgia, a total of 14,700 passenger cars worth over $551 million were exported from Georgia to Kyrgyzstan between January and August 2026. This represents a significant portion of Georgia's overall exports to Kyrgyzstan, with the country becoming the largest export destination for Georgia during this period.

Trans-Caspian Corridor to Boost Uzbekistan's Trade

The World Bank estimates that the Trans-Caspian corridor could increase Uzbekistan's trade by US$93 billion by 2040, with major infrastructure investments planned. Uzbekistan has the largest priority investment portfolio among the corridor countries, worth US$11.5 billion. The corridor connects nine countries, including Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Kazakhstan, and is expected to see significant growth in trade and exports.
