Sibiya's Disciplinary Proceedings Continue

The South African Police Service says the expedited disciplinary proceedings against suspended deputy national police commissioner Lieutenant General Shadrack Sibiya have not been halted, despite his legal team filing an urgent Labour Court application to stop the process. Sibiya faces charges of rape, sexual grooming of a minor, human trafficking and reckless handling of a firearm.
