Bhutanese Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay called Modi an avatar of the times, saying he had awakened a powerful belief in Indians about themselves and their country. Tobgay recalled telling Modi he saw him as an elder brother and an avatar of Vishnu during a meeting in 2019.
Modi also received greetings from Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Dominica Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit, Belgian counterpart Bart De Wever, and Philippines President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. He thanked each leader and expressed his desire to continue cooperation and strengthen partnerships.
